Panty Lines ARE Ok

I can still vividly remember when I was in college and someone I knew made this huge gasping sound before pointing out that they could see my panty lines....Really?  Is it that bad for the world to know that a person is wearing underwear?  When did this become such a problem?  On the rare occasions that I have noticed whether or not someone was wearing underwear, it was because I felt that they should have had MORE coverage as opposed to less.  Ladies, do what makes you most comfortable. Do YOU.  For me, that involves full coverage of the lady bits...whether others can see it or not!
