What do you do if something is wrong with Mr. Right?

So, I'm all aflutter because of a seemingly great guy. While I know in my heart of hearts that guys can be great...I've only actually seen small glimpses of absolute greatness here and there. This guy knows exactly what to say (and not in a here's-your-line-kind-of-way), he's smart, he makes me laugh and has gorgeous eyes. Did I mention that he has gorgeous eyes? I know, I should stop with the gushing already, right? Well, with all of this gushing, I still am getting HUGE red flags and I don't know if that's due to the fact that something is wrong with Mr. Right or if it's because I just refuse to let myself be happy. Truly a conundrum.
